Everything you need to know about shipping services and zones, the delivery process, and returning and refunding products.

Couriers

We understand that personal experiences with shipping providers varies from household to household.

Accordingly, we offer a range of couriers and services to allow you to shop according to your preferences and budget when it comes to delivery.

You can choose from either Evri, DPD, or Royal Mail based on your intended shipping address, preferred courier, and budget.

We’ll fulfil your order the same day if you order before 10am Monday to Saturday. If you order after the same-day fulfilment window, your order will be dispatched in the following day’s fulfilment round.

To track your parcel, go to the tracking page of your selected courier’s website and enter the tracking number included in your fulfilment notification email.

For support and advice regarding your delivery, please contact the relevant delivery partner directly as a first course of action, as they are better positioned to offer detailed information regarding the whereabouts of your shipment than us after it’s left our fulfilment centre.

Notice regarding public buildings

Couriers do their best to ensure all orders arrive safely. However, deliveries to public buildings including hospitals, offices, and other shared-use establishments carry a higher risk of failure compared to residential addresses. This is due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Patients or recipients moving between departments
  • Unclear or restricted delivery points
  • Delays or misplacement by reception or staff

As such, we cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries to these locations, and no refunds are available for failed deliveries to such buildings.

If you choose to send an order to a hospital or similar establishment, please ensure you provide accurate details, including ward or department information, and check with the facility’s policies on receiving parcels. We recommend using a residential address where possible to minimize the risk of non-delivery.

Returns & refunds

We operate a no-questions-asked return and refund policy

If you changed your mind about an order for whatever reason, you’re welcome to request a return and are entitled to a full refund anytime within 7 days of your order landing.

We must receive the goods back to us in order to accept your return, at which point the total product cost will be immediately processed back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can initiate a return most easily by rejecting the parcel at the door, after which it will be automatically returned to us. Alternatively, we can send a prepaid returns label at your request to return the parcel yourself.

All products must be included, unopened, and undamaged.

Email hello@myveganhamper.co.uk with the subject ‘Return’, detailing the reasons for your request.

If your order arrives with missing, severely damaged, or spoiled products, we can also send out replacements or partial refunds, whichever you prefer. You must support your claim with pictures within 24 hours of receiving your hamper.
